Qualifications

8+ years of proven success in B2B sales.
5+ years in a sales leadership role, managing high-performing teams in a SaaS environment.
A hunter mindset with a strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and deal conversion.

Responsibilities

Build and mentor a high-performance sales team to exceed goals.
Prospect, pitch, and close deals with a player-coach approach.
Drive revenue growth through strong customer relationships built on trust and value.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with regional and global objectives.
Lead pipeline reviews and account planning to boost growth and efficiency.
Represent the brand and culture across the region.
Support recruitment and onboarding of top talent in Malaysia.
Deliver ongoing sales mastery through coaching and product/leadership training.
