Job summary

PartsBase Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development for PBExpo to drive revenue growth and lead a growing sales organization.

You will mentor a team of Account Executives, set targets, and build scalable processes while maintaining key revenue relationships in aviation, aerospace and defense markets. The role requires proven leadership in sales, account management, and sponsorship sales, with a focus on long-term client success and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B sales, sponsorships, and trade show/event sales.
• 3+ years direct people management leading sales or account teams.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience retaining customers and developing new business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Account Executives and sales professionals.
• Drive exhibitor, sponsorship, and attendee revenue through renewals and new business.
• Forecast, manage pipeline, and generate CRM reports.
• Partner with leadership to define and execute revenue growth strategies.
