JBAndrews is seeking a Sales Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities for turnkey manufacturing of dietary supplements and nutraceuticals. The role focuses on building relationships with customers seeking comprehensive manufacturing solutions, from enquiry through quotation to production.

You will report to the VP of Operations and collaborate with R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Production and Finance to ensure commercial viability and successful project progression.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in dietary supplement, nutraceutical, nutrition, or food industries preferred.
• Experience selling contract/manufacturing, turnkey manufacturing, formulation, packaging or related services.
• Strong business development, prospecting, relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new customers within dietary supplement, nutrition, functional food and wellness industries.
• Prospect via telephone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, trade shows and industry events.
• Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline with opportunities, revenue, next steps and timelines.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to progress projects toward quotation, sampling and production.
• Coordinate RFQ and pricing proposals with Operations, Purchasing, R&D and other teams.
• Present turnkey manufacturing capabilities to prospective customers.
• Maintain relationships with purchasing, sourcing, operations, product development, brand management and executives.
• Coordinate handover of new business to Operations and Customer Service.
