Job summary

Zscaler, a global cloud security leader, seeks a Sales Engineering Manager for a remote role (based in Paris, France) reporting to the Sales Engineering Director. You will lead a high-performing team, drive regional technical win rates, and partner with Sales to align resources with growth strategies.

Expect travel and close collaboration with executives and engineers. The role requires 8+ years in enterprise pre-sales, fluency in French and English, and a proven ability to scale an SE

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise pre-sales / solutions engineering experience across security, networking, cloud or SaaS.
• 2+ years leading, coaching and developing Sales Engineers (hiring, coaching, performance, career growth).
• Fluency in both French and English; other European languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical sales cycle across the region, ensuring qualified, progressed opportunities with rigorous governance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales Engineering team with ongoing feedback.
• Drive business performance to improve technical win rates and accelerate sales cycles, contributing to revenue growth.
