Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Manager, Sales Engineering - SMB for remote work in the USA. You will lead the sales engineering team, align with GTM leaders, and design solutions to close deals with customers and partners across the SMB portfolio.

You will mentor engineers, scale discovery and POC processes, and collaborate with product management and engineering to drive AI-enabled security solutions for customers. The role offers a strategic leadership path and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance workflows.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience with a proven track record in sales or systems engineering with experience managing and directing a sales engineering team.
Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, and talent development.
Technical expertise in cybersecurity and networking.
Proven ability to communicate value-based selling in a matrixed GTM environment.

Responsibilities

Recruit, mentor, and develop the sales engineering team.
Refine and scale core sales engineering processes including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept.
Partner with sales leadership and clients to design and present business solutions that drive revenue growth.
Work within a matrixed environment to promote and support the Zscaler portfolio through value-based selling.
