Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• 3-4 years of people management experience.
• Proven track record of developing technical talent and holding teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Sales Engineers, setting clear expectations for proficiency and performance.
• Participate in deals, support live technical discovery, integration discussions, and solution presentations.
• Partner with merchant technical and business leaders when leadership involvement is required.
• Develop deep product, API, and integration knowledge to evaluate solutions and resolve blockers.
