Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or secondary education with 1+ year demonstrated pre-/post-sales tech support experience
• Proficiency with RF instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
• Based in Israel
• Eligibility to obtain security clearances
• Willingness to travel to potential conflict areas

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including system planning and training
• Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customer visits and evaluations
• Visit customer sites to provide technical support and training
• Troubleshoot field failures and provide feedback to development
• Travel up to 50% for meetings, events, and demonstrations
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Business Development to tailor solutions
• Assist design engineers in reproducing issues and contributing to product development
