Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced RF/Systems Engineer to design and implement mission-critical wireless and public safety networks. The role requires RFknowledge, LMR and IP networking skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% while working remotely from a home office.

You will interact with customers, participate in design reviews, and ensure successful project execution with cross-functional teams. A BS in engineering or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical discipline.
• Experience in RF design, system integration, and field deployments.
• Ability to travel 25–50% and work remotely from home office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engineer of Record on small to mid-sized projects.
• Design coverage, capacity, microwave, RF LMR, and WAN networks.
• Coordinate reviews, testing, and handoffs with customers and consultants.
• Communicate clearly in written and oral form; manage timelines.
