Job summary

Motorola Solutions Ukraine LLC is seeking an International Sales Engineer to join a globally connected team. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Business Development, delivering tailored solutions and performing technical demonstrations for customers worldwide.

The role requires traveling up to 50% and frequent interactions with defense and commercial customers, with remote work supported from Ukraine.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in building, configuring, or operating drones using digital data links, with direct experience using Silvus Technologies systems preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in a pre- and post-sales technical support position.
• Proficiency with radio frequency instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• Fluent Ukrainian and proficiency in English are required.
• Must be based in Ukraine and eligible for security clearances.
• Willingness to travel to potential conflict areas in support of radios.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including system planning and customer training.
• Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customer visits and equipment evaluations.
• Visit customer sites to provide technical support and conduct training.
• Troubleshoot failures in the field and provide feedback to development.
• Travel up to 50% for meetings, events, and demonstrations.
