Job summary

Crane ChemPharma & Energy is seeking a Sales Engineer to manage customer interactions and lead project pursuits across end-user and channel accounts. This remote role, based in Phoenix preference, covers AZ, NV and NM, collaborating with regional sales teams to drive strategic account plans and AML initiatives.

The role requires 7–10 years in chemical or related industries, strong relationship skills, and experience with process valves and pumps. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemical or mechanical engineering (BS/BA)
• 7–10 years in chemical, refining, or related industry with 3+ years in field sales or service
• Experience with valves, controls, and/or pumps in relevant markets
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Drive annual top-line growth for Crane CPE products
• Develop channel roadmap and key account management plans
• Identify influencers; work with end users to communicate value propositions
• Promote product and application training at customer sites
• Coordinate with sales managers and product teams on strategy and AML
• Travel up to 60% within territory and support remote accounts
