Job summary

PEL Power, a sister company of PEL, seeks a technically strong and commercially driven Sales Engineer to grow its North American business. This remote role focuses on identifying opportunities, supporting bids, and coordinating opportunities through award and execution for customers across the United States.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, leading technical discussions, and delivering compliant proposals with U.S. standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years in transformers, switchgear & energy meters.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation preferred.
• Experience with U.S. utilities, EPCs or consultants is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across utilities, EPC contractors, consultants, and industrial clients in the U.S.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and strategic accounts.
• Lead technical discussions, product presentations, and negotiations with clients.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in compliance with U.S. standards.
