Qualifications

• BS degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Power Transmission and/or Power Transformers).

Responsibilities

• Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements; assists in customer negotiations and identifies new opportunities with partners to develop products and services.
• Develops knowledge of commercial developments and contributes to strategy and policy delivery.
• Uses judgment to address moderately complex tasks within projects, product lines, and markets; supports data-driven recommendations.
• Leads small projects and helps build consensus across teams with strong communication and persuasion.
• Mentors colleagues and collaborates with stakeholders to influence decisions and drive growth.
