Job summary

Astrodyne TDI, LLC is seeking a Sales Engineer to cover Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota from a remote/home-office base with significant travel. The role focuses on selling Filter, Transformer, and standard Power products, building relationships with engineering and commercial leaders, and guiding opportunities from qualification to closing.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing and Engineering, negotiate pricing, and support customers from design to deployment while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant territory sales experience with established networks in industrial, medical, aerospace, and military markets.
• Experience with EMI and power electronics.
• Previous sales experience with EMI filters, transformers, power supplies, or related electronic products.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts, grow existing relationships, and manage opportunities from qualification through negotiation.
• Represent and position Astrodyne TDI products across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to identify and engage prospective customers.
• Prepare, recommend, and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions for quotations, RFQs, and contracts.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Engineering to create proposals and responses.
