Astrodyne TDI, LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to drive growth across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota. The role is home-office based with substantial travel and requires building trusted relationships with engineering and commercial leaders, while representing the full line of EMI filters, transformers and standard power products.

• 3+ years of territory sales experience with an established network in industrial, medical, aerospace, and military markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience selling EMI filters, transformers, power supplies or related electronic products; knowledge of EMI/power electronics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new accounts, grow existing relationships, and manage opportunities from qualification through negotiation.
• Connect customer requirements with Astrodyne TDI products, capabilities, and value proposition.
• Provide commercial and technical support to customers as the face of Astrodyne TDI.
• Prepare, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts; respond to RFQs and RFPs with cross-functional teams.
• Travel approximately 60% within Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota; 5% travel outside the region; work from home office within the region.
