Job summary

Astrodyne TDI is hiring a Sales Engineer to drive growth across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota. This home-office based role requires engaging with key accounts, understanding customer needs, and presenting engineering-backed solutions for Filter, Transformer, and standard Power products.

You will negotiate terms, develop proposals, and coordinate with Product Marketing and Engineering to address RFQs. Expect ~60% travel within the region and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of territory sales experience in industrial, medical, aerospace, or military markets.
• Proven ability to develop solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements.
• Experience selling EMI filters, transformers, or power products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted sales objectives and target new-account growth.
• Build relationships with engineering and commercial contacts at target accounts.
• Develop solutions and proposals addressing customer requirements.
• Prepare, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts for approvals.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering on proposals and RFQs.
• Travel ~60% within WI, IL, MN and occasional outside territory.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce opportunities and contacts.
