Job summary

Astrodyne TDI, LLC is seeking a Sales Engineer to increase sales and customer engagement across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota.

This home-office based role requires approximately 60% travel within the territory and involves establishing direct relationships with target accounts, providing commercial and technical support, and identifying opportunities for Filter, Transformer, and standard Power products.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of territory sales experience in industrial, medical, aerospace or military markets.
Established network of contacts within Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota.
Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve budgeted sales objectives and new-account acquisition.
Build and strengthen relationships with engineering and commercial contacts at target accounts.
Develop proposals and respond to RFQ/RFP with customer-focused solutions.
Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts for management approval.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Engineering on proposals and responses.
Coordinate with regional Field Applications Engineer on complex opportunities.
Proactively manage customer satisfaction and maintain accurate Salesforce data.
Travel across WI, IL, MN and beyond as needed.
