Qualifications

- 2+ years in pre-sales or customer success roles.
- Strong technical sales acumen to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with hardware and software evaluations.
- Familiarity with cloud software, hardware integration, and networking.
Responsibilities
- Translate technical capabilities into business value for mid-market customers.
- Deliver compelling demonstrations and guide evaluations.
- Help customers adopt connected hardware and software solutions.
- Produce sales materials, demos, and proofs of concepts.
- Guide installers and document scripts for open API solutions.
- Develop relationships to support upselling and deeper integration.
- Capture customer feedback to inform product and installations.
