Phoenix Laser Solutions is seeking a Sales Engineer to provide end-to-end metal addition solutions, from restoration to new production enhancements. You will build and manage customer relationships, identify needs, and propose solutions to drive sales growth across a defined territory.

The role emphasizes comprehensive customer support, strategic planning, and travel for key meetings. A strong engineering/technical background and hunter mindset are valued for this position.

Qualifications

• A technically inclined game changer with the ability to create new business opportunities in a complex market landscape.
• Bonus: Degree in Industrial Technology or Engineering with machining experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations to achieve high satisfaction.
• Maintain existing customers and cultivate new leads in the assigned territory.
• Keep CRM updated and data current.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and end users, promoting Phoenix Laser Solutions technology.
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and report back to leadership.
• Develop plans to understand customers' business processes to grow sales.
• Travel for in-person meetings to develop key relationships.
