Qualifications

• Technical aptitude in mechanical/industrial processes.

• CRM experience and ability to manage multiple deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations and contribute to high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and grow the existing customer base; cultivate new leads in territory.
• Update CRM with current, accurate data for assigned accounts.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and end users; propose solutions.
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity; provide feedback to leadership.
• Develop plans to understand customer business to increase sales volume.
• Travel for in-person meetings to develop key relationships.
