Phoenix Laser Solutions, a US-based leader in laser cladding and micro welding, is seeking a Sales Engineer in Cincinnati area to drive revenue by presenting technical solutions and building customer relationships.

You will travel within territory, manage accounts, collaborate with engineering teams, and leverage CRM to forecast and close deals; remote work option and company vehicle are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Experience selling technical solutions to manufacturing buyers.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations and drive high satisfaction.
• Grow existing accounts and cultivate new leads in the territory.
• Maintain CRM updates for accounts and ensure data accuracy.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and end users to match Phoenix Laser Solutions’ techs to needs.
• Monitor market and competitor activity and report feedback to leadership.
• Develop plans to increase sales and territory growth.
• Travel for in-person meetings to develop key relationships.
