Job summary

NEOGOV is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the Revenue Team, delivering value-based product demonstrations and shaping solutions for Higher Education customers. You will translate business requirements into NEOGOV product demos, train sales teams, and collaborate across product councils.

You will travel up to six times per year, work in a remote US setting, and contribute to roadmap discussions while helping customers optimize outcomes with NEOGOV solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering product demonstrations or technical trainings.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain expert level product knowledge of NEOGOV brand products.
• Translate prospects’ goals into NEOGOV solutions via demonstrations, POCs, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Lead value-based conversations during technical demos for Higher Ed institutions.
• Design, validate, and present technical solutions to customers and NEOGOV teams.
• Keep pipeline deals and projects on track with up-to-date CRM records.
