Qualifications

• 3+ years of proposal development experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with proposal management or project management.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire proposal development lifecycle and ensure timely submissions.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs from sales, legal, marketing, and product teams.
• Ensure compliance with public sector RFP requirements and branding guidelines.
• Develop and maintain proposal templates and content.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for proposals.
