Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the sales motion from discovery to contract and handoff to delivery. You will translate complex enterprise mobility requirements into scoped, priced, winnable solutions across the full service catalog and demonstrate MyServe to technical and executive audiences.

You will partner with Sales, Channel, and Customer Success teams to design solutions, build technical proposals, and support pricing and transitions to delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years in pre-sales engineering, solution consulting, or solution architecture for managed services, SaaS, or enterprise IT services.
• Demonstrated ability to run technical discovery and design multi-service solutions for large enterprises.
• Strong demonstration and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Discovery and solution design: map requirements into a coherent solution architecture across the service catalog.
• Platform demonstrations: deliver MyServe demonstrations tailored to the audience.
• Pricing support: scope solutions against pricing framework and validate deals with pricing function.
• Channel enablement: equip partners with technical collateral, demo environments, and support.
