Job summary

Hitachi Global Air Power US, LLC is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to empower the sales organization with tools, training, and resources across the Americas. Remote role with collaboration across sales, marketing, and product teams to drive effective selling of industrial compressors and related equipment.

The role requires 3–5 years in enablement or related fields, experience with CRM platforms, and strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering; MBA is a plus.
3-5 years in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles in manufacturing or industrial equipment.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to create training programs.

Responsibilities

Lead content strategy for the Internal Sales Portal/Library and ensure single-source-of-truth access.
Collaborate with Product Managers to translate product strategy into sales-ready content.
Drive GTM and launch readiness, including sales collateral and battlecards.
Create Sales Success Stories, Case Studies, and Value-Based Presentations.
Enable pricing strategy and margin excellence; train the sales team and manage CRM tools.
Design and deliver end-to-end training from onboarding to advanced content.
Capture VoC feedback and track enablement metrics for continuous improvement.
