Job summary

Solventum seeks a Sales Development Manager to lead training and enablement for SMS and Inside Sales teams across the US, with remote work in the United States. Preference for San Antonio, TX is noted. The role focuses on new hire training, ongoing development, and major training events to strengthen selling capability.

You will partner with Marketing, Clinical and National Accounts, driving content updates and effective programs that reflect current strategy and messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND eight (8) years of medical device or healthcare sales.
• High School Diploma/GED AND twelve (12) years of medical device or healthcare sales.
• Working knowledge of sterilization and monitoring products, workflows, and the sterile processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own SMS new hire training end to end, including content, delivery, and execution.
• Own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of new hire training for Inside Sales, including SolvIQ, agendas, and Inside Sales specific content.
• Lead ongoing training for tenured SMS and Inside Sales representatives, including selling skills, product knowledge, portfolio strategy, and program execution.
• Coordinate and execute all SMS and Inside Sales training events, including New Hire Training and Kick Off Meetings.
• Partner with SMS and Inside Sales leadership to identify capability gaps and align training priorities to business objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to update content tied to portfolio strategy and field needs.
