Job summary

Solventum, a healthcare innovator, seeks a Sales Development Manager to drive training for SMS and Inside Sales teams across the US. You will own new hire programs, ongoing skills development, and event execution to strengthen field performance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and National Accounts to align content with strategy and evidence, leveraging AI tools responsibly.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, facilitating, and delivering sales training or onboarding programs.
• Strong understanding of selling skills methodology, product knowledge development, and program execution.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across Sales, Marketing, Operations, National Accounts, and Clinical partners.

Responsibilities

• Own SMS new hire training end to end, including content, delivery, and execution.
• Own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of new hire training for Inside Sales, including SolvIQ, agendas, and Inside Sales content.
• Lead ongoing training for tenured SMS and Inside Sales reps, covering selling skills, product knowledge, portfolio strategy, and program execution.
• Lead, coordinate, and execute all SMS and Inside Sales training events (New Hire Training, POA meetings, Kick Off Meetings, Enablement calls, ad-hoc sessions).
• Partner with SMS and Inside Sales leadership to identify capability gaps and align training priorities to objectives.
• Partner with Marketing to update content tied to portfolio strategy and field needs; reinforce consistent execution.
• Collaborate with Clinical and National Accounts to reflect current strategy, messaging, and evidence in content.
• Integrate training into the broader Commercial Enablement strategy.
