Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead training for SMS and Inside Sales teams across the United States. You will own onboarding, ongoing rep development, and coordination of major training events.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and National Accounts to ensure training content aligns with strategy and drives consistent execution in the field. Remote work in the USA is supported, with preference for candidates in San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8 years of medical device or healthcare sales.
• Or high school diploma/GED with 12 years of medical device or healthcare sales.
• Knowledge of sterilization and monitoring products, workflows, and sterile processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own SMS new hire training end-to-end, including content, delivery and execution.
• Own Inside Sales training design, including SolvIQ, agendas and content tailored to Inside Sales.
• Lead ongoing training for tenured SMS and Inside Sales reps on selling skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate and execute all SMS and Inside Sales training events (New Hire, POA, Kick Off, Enablement calls).
