Yelp is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to lead a team of enablement specialists supporting Emerging and Partner & Agency Sales. The role is remote in the United States and requires strategic and hands-on leadership to drive rep productivity and GTM proficiency.

You will build curriculums, own content development and measurement, and act as a player-coach to grow your team and impact across sales leadership. This is a senior, revenue-focused position.

Qualificações

• Must have demonstrated experience directly managing and developing teams.
• 5 years people management experience within sales, sales enablement, or related discipline.
• 3 years in Sales Enablement with success building learning programs and enablement operations.
• Experience designing enablement materials for instructor-led, eLearning, and self-directed modalities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Enablement Specialists with regular feedback.
• Set goals and aligners with broader enablement strategy.
• Oversee design, execution, and measurement of enablement initiatives for Yelp’s B2B sales teams.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure materials meet business needs.
• Guide content iteration across curricula, internal wiki, and communications.
• Champion AI and emerging trends, driving continuous improvement.
• Develop and report on team metrics and ROI.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and use data-driven insights to improve offerings.
