KLDiscovery, Inc. is standing up a dedicated Revenue Operations function and seeks a Sales Enablement Manager to design onboarding curricula, playbooks, and certification programs.

You will own enablement strategy, adoption analytics, and tooling, driving measurable improvements in ramp time, productivity, win rate, and CRM adoption across a remote US-based sales team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations, you will build the enablement charter, roadmaps, and coaching cadence,

Competenze

• Eight or more years in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales leadership.
• Experience building an enablement function from the ground up at a B2B company.
• Fluent in MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale and able to teach and enforce them.

Mansioni

• Define enablement strategy and a twelve-month roadmap aligned to Revenue Operations.
• Design onboarding curricula, playbooks by buyer type, and certification paths.
• Lead CRM adoption analytics and target coaching where adoption lags.
• Stand up Salesforce training and certification in partnership with data systems.
• Create and govern a single repository of enablement content; evaluate tools.
• Measure enablement impact with ramp time, win rate, and adoption metrics.
