Julian Eian Juel Moving and Cleaning is seeking a driven Sales Director to lead growth nationwide within the moving and cleaning services sector. You will own the sales strategy, build relationships, and close high-value deals across residential and commercial clients.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record of meeting quotas, and modern CRM proficiency to forecast performance and guide a fast-paced team in a customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales leadership or director experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for moving and cleaning services.
