Job summary

Julian Eian Juel Moving and Cleaning is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead growth across the United States. You will own the sales strategy, build a high-performing team, and close key opportunities in moving and cleaning services.

Responsibilities include developing a nationwide plan, mentoring the sales force, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with operations and marketing to hit revenue targets. Flexible work-from-home options available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales leadership or sales director experience in moving, cleaning, or service industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
