Julian Eian Juel Moving and Cleaning is seeking a driven Sales Director to lead our growth nationwide. You will own the sales strategy, build a high-performing team, and close key commercial and residential deals.

You will collaborate with operations and marketing, analyze data to forecast performance, and represent the company at industry events. Flexible remote options are available as we scale across the US.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales leadership or sales director experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive nationwide revenue growth for moving and cleaning services.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients.
