Job summary

Julian Eian Juel Moving and Cleaning is seeking a driven Sales Director to lead growth nationally in a fast-paced service industry. You will own the sales strategy, build relationships, and close high-value deals with residential and commercial clients across the U.S.

You will mentor the sales team, collaborate with operations and marketing, and represent the company at industry events in the Boston area, driving revenue while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales leadership roles, preferably in moving or service industries.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
