Cognizant is seeking a Sales Director - BPO & Digital Operations CMT to accelerate growth across the Digital Operations unit within the Communications, Media, and Technology segment. You will lead new logo acquisition, shape multi-million-dollar transformations, and partner with IOA teams and senior client stakeholders.

This leadership role emphasizes strategic vision, executive-level engagement, and accountability for revenue, margins, and pipeline performance.

Qualifikationen

• 10 to 25 years of overall industry experience in digital-native or technology-driven environments.
• Strong background in BPO, Digital Operations, or Scale Operations, preferably within CMT or adjacent technology segments.
• Proven track record leading $10M+ annual revenue portfolios with deals in the $10M–$30M range.
• Experience advising clients on location and operating model strategy, ROI-led solutioning.
• Proven ability to operate within global, matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated leadership with strategic vision, client-centric thinking, innovation and collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Lead new logo acquisition and portfolio growth strategy for large, complex BPO and Digital Operations deals.
• Establish executive relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide thought leadership on industry trends and operating models.
• Partner with Solutions, Delivery, Process Excellence, and Automation teams to craft differentiated, outcome-driven propositions.
• Lead end-to-end account ownership including deal shaping, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L accountability.
• Engage with industry bodies, analysts, and advisors to align Cognizant IOA and CMT offerings with market needs.
• Demonstrate Cognizant Way to Lead through strategic agility, client value creation and AI-led innovation.
