Cognizant is seeking a Sales Director - BPO & Digital Operations CMT to accelerate growth in Digital Operations within the Communications, Media, and Technology segment. You will drive multi-million-dollar deals, shape operating models, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver client value.

In this leadership role, you will own end-to-end deal shaping, forecasting, and P&L accountability while engaging with senior stakeholders and industry bodies to position Cognizant IOA & CMT

Qualifications

• 10 to 25 years of overall industry experience, with 10+ years in digital-native or technology-driven environments, and a strong background in BPO or Digital Operations.
• Proven experience leading $10M+ annual revenue portfolios with deal sizes and TCV in the $10M-$30M range.
• Deep understanding of AI Ops and digital operating models across SaaS, Hi-Tech and e-commerce sectors.
• Experience advising clients on operating model strategy and ROI-led solutioning.

Responsabilités

• Lead new logo acquisition efforts and portfolio growth strategy for BPO and Digital Operations deals.
• Establish and sustain executive-level client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Solutions, Delivery, Process Excellence, and Automation teams to craft differentiated client propositions.
• Own end-to-end account ownership including deal shaping, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L accountability.
• Engage with industry bodies and analysts to align Cognizant IOA & CMT offerings with market needs.
• Demonstrate Cognizant Way to Lead through strategic agility and AI-led innovation.
