Cognizant is seeking a Sales Director for BPO & Digital Operations in the United States. You will accelerate growth across the IOA team within the CMT segment, drive multi-million-dollar transformation deals, and lead end-to-end account ownership with cross-functional collaboration.

You will engage with senior client stakeholders and industry bodies, shaping differentiated value propositions. Strong leadership and strategic vision are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 10 to 25 years of overall industry experience, with 10+ years in digital-native or technology-driven environments, and a strong background in BPO, Digital Operations, or Scale Operations.
• Proven experience leading $10M+ annual revenue portfolios with deal sizes and TCV in the $10M–$30M range.
• Understanding of AI Ops, Business services, technology platforms, and digital operating models.
• Experience advising on location/operating model strategy and ROI-led solutioning.

• Lead new logo acquisition and portfolio growth in BPO and Digital Operations.
• Establish executive relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to craft differentiated client propositions.
• Own end-to-end account ownership including deal shaping, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L accountability.
• Engage with industry bodies and navigate global, matrixed organizations to align offerings with market needs.
