Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certificate is required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with quota attainment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong phone, email and messaging communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to build a pipeline of leads.
• Engage prospects and determine fit for products/services.
• Schedule sales demos and meetings.
• Set up and manage a CRM or contact list.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation with sales strategy.
• Set sales goals and report performance results.
• Create, distribute and collect customer surveys and compile results.
• Handle inquiries and provide general administration as needed.
• Ad hoc tasks as required.
