Job summary

Össur is seeking an Empower Sales Development Representative to independently manage the early-stage EmpowerX pipeline in an assigned market. You will analyze the market, target accounts, and craft account-specific strategies, leading consultative discovery and determining next steps for opportunities.

After qualification, you’ll hand off to the Business Solutions Manager for demonstrations and later stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of consultative sales or related experience.
• Experience identifying target accounts and building early-stage pipelines.
• Experience with discovery conversations and qualification decisions.
• Ability to use CRM data to prioritize work and adjust strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the market and identify high-potential accounts for EmpowerX.
• Generate new leads through research, outbound prospecting, networks, referrals, conferences, and digital channels.
• Develop account-specific prospecting strategies, messaging, and follow-up plans.
• Own a portfolio of EmpowerX accounts with pipeline priorities and forecasting.
