Job summary

NCC Group in the United States is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify and nurture potential customers through outbound prospecting and inbound activity, feeding the sales pipeline.

You will lead generation, qualification, and campaigns, using phone, email and social channels, and maintain accurate CRM data. This role offers flexible hybrid/remote work within Central Time and the chance to advance in a fast-growing cybersecurity services company.

Qualifications

• Evidence of success in sales, recruitment, business development or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to use phone, email and social channels to engage prospects and convert conversations.
• Ability to maintain accurate prospect, activity and opportunity data in CRM systems for pipeline visibility.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity concepts into customer-ready messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: identify and engage target prospects via outbound activity.
• Lead Qualification: assess opportunities against defined criteria and move them to sales teams.
• Campaign Execution: deliver marketing/self-generated demand campaigns and track performance.
• Relationship Development: build and nurture relationships to increase engagement and progression.
• Pipeline Development: create and progress a pipeline of qualified opportunities for commercial teams.
