Job summary

The Access Group is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead a remote SDR team in the United States. You will coach reps to generate high-quality opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations to optimize targeting and conversion.

You’ll leverage CRM platforms and sales engagement tools, guided by MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodologies, to drive pipeline growth and forecastability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leading, coaching and developing a team of SDRs, achieving pipeline targets.
• Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (Clari, Groove, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot).
• Experience using MEDDIC or MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and drive qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach SDR team to achieve pipeline and opportunity targets.
• Use performance data, call reviews and coaching to improve prospecting and discovery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations to refine targeting and increase conversion rates.
• Monitor team performance, forecasting and reporting to identify growth opportunities.
