Job summary

Oldcastle APG is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer service. The role focuses on managing inquiries, preparing quotes, coordinating orders, and supporting internal processes to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School or technical school equivalent required.
• Salesforce or any CRM experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in block/brick manufacturing industry or related field recommended.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between sales, customers and internal departments to ensure smooth communication.
• Manage CRM systems and ensure customer data is up to date.
• Enter and process cases, leads and opportunities promptly per SF initiatives.
• Provide product and technical information to customers and team.
• Investigate and promptly follow up on customer inquiries.
