Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with quotes, orders and customer inquiries. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service across homeowners, dealers and contractors.

The remote position requires residency in the Philadelphia, PA, Boston, MA, or Providence, RI areas and involves close collaboration with logistics, finance, and operations to ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales teams and customer inquiries.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and order processing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between sales, customers and internal departments to ensure smooth communication.
• Manage CRM data, quotes, leads and opportunities in a timely manner.
• Provide product and technical information to customers and the sales team.
• Prepare quotes, proposals and submittals for the commercial market.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve processes and service.
