Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7 years of progressively responsible supply chain management or procurement experience. 10+ years preferred.
• 5 years minimum. 7+ preferred.
• Travel: 25%- domestic travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing supply management team, fostering collaboration, engagement and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies in partnership with stakeholders, delivering measurable year‑over‑year value.
• Develop negotiation strategies and negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms, quality and service standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure end‑to‑end procurement process, from requisition through delivery, functions effectively.
• Monitor supplier performance, assess risks, resolve disputes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
