Job summary

Race Communications seeks a Sales Operations Specialist to drive revenue growth through targeted, data‑driven outbound campaigns and to support back‑office sales functions. You will work with Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience, managing multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities include campaign tracking, CRM data integrity, KPI reporting and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution and accurate payouts.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for US employment without sponsorship.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred.
• A valid driver's license, subject to DMV verification.
• 2+ years of inside/outbound sales or campaign-based engagement.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers across multiple channels (phone, email, SMS).
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and adjust outreach strategies.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in execution and documentation.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on meeting sales/retention targets.
• Excellent English communication in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound sales campaigns including upsell, win-back, and pre-sale conversion efforts.
• Conduct outbound calling and follow up on abandoned orders and customer inquiries.
• Engage customers across multiple touchpoints to drive conversion and revenue growth.
• Support campaign tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align on campaign execution and timelines.
• Serve as backup for commission payouts and investor reporting to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
