Job summary

Zip Co Limited is seeking a CRM Technical Ops Specialist to drive timely, personalized customer communications across email, push, SMS, and lifecycle channels. This role blends technical campaign execution with data-driven decision making to improve engagement and lifecycle performance.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and CRM stakeholders to optimize targeting, segmentation, and workflows in a remote-first environment supporting US-based customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital campaign operations, or marketing automation roles
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app) and lifecycle marketing
• Strong analytical skills with campaign reporting, attribution, and A/B testing
• Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools and automation workflows
• Ability to translate goals into documented execution steps, timelines, and checks
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Analytics, or related field

Responsibilities

• Build and execute CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and lifecycle channels
• Execute campaign operations from audience segmentation through QA, deployment, monitoring and reporting
• Support data-driven audience targeting using customer insights and lifecycle trends
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, and CRM stakeholders to translate goals into execution steps
• Monitor performance and run A/B tests, personalization, and device optimization
• Leverage AI-driven tools to improve segmentation, targeting, and workflow efficiency
• Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements for the CRM program
• Support CRM processes including journey management, business rules, and troubleshooting
• Manage customer data integrations and campaign dependencies across platforms
• Stay current on CRM, Martech, and AI best practices
