Job summary

Emerald Transformer is seeking a results-oriented Sales and Business Development Representative to drive new business and partnerships within a multi-state territory. This role is remote with travel and requires strong prospecting skills and relationship building.

You will prospect, visit, and present solutions to utilities, decommissioning clients, and industrial accounts, coordinating with internal teams to deliver value and grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience with utilities or industrial markets is preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships within the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales activities.
• Conduct field visits, cold calls, meetings, and networking to generate deals.
• Prepare quotes and bids; use CRM to track opportunities and customer data.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to meet customer requirements and secure business.
• Travel regularly within the territory to support sales objectives.
