Job summary

Innomotics is seeking a Sales Application Engineer to provide quotation support and develop new offers for medium voltage drives. You will craft proposals, read client specs, and position MV products to win business across remote engagements.

You will manage end-to-end proposals, ensuring technical and commercial alignment, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling responses while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Electrical Engineering or advanced degree or equivalent
• 5–7 years of experience in related field
• Demonstrates extensive knowledge in field of specialization and problem resolution

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering proposals for the medium voltage drives product line.
• Interpret client specifications and produce compliant technical proposals with suitable alternatives.
• Interpret client commercial requirements and mitigate risks to the company.
• Ensure pricing and estimating align with sales strategies and resource availability.
• Serve as single point of contact for customer and negotiate costed proposals.
• Lead bid review, clarification and handover meetings.
• Write high quality technical and commercial documents for internal/external audiences.
• Collab with internal teams to gather data for proposals
