Innomotics LLC is seeking an early-career Sales Development Application Engineer in the GA/FL/AL region. You will join a structured development program to learn medium voltage motors, VFDs, and drive systems while supporting customers across multiple industries.

The role offers hands-on learning, a clear path to a Regional Account Manager position, and a chance to build technical and commercial sales expertise in industrial power solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• At least 2 years in sales, technical sales, applications engineering, business development, or customer-facing industrial role.
• Experience using CRM to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Learn Innomotics' medium voltage motor, VFD, and drive system portfolio.
• Support sales activities with OEMs, EPCs, distributors, and end users.
• Assist in developing quotations, proposals, and customer solutions.
• Build knowledge of key industrial markets and customer applications.
• Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• Maintain opportunities and pipeline data in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical and commercial solutions.
• Complete development milestones for Regional Account Manager role.
