Innomotics is seeking an early-career Sales Development Application Engineer to join a structured development program. You will learn our MV motors, VFDs, integrated drive systems, and services while supporting OEMs, EPCs, distributors, and end users across multiple industries.

The program aims to prepare you for advancement to a Regional Account Manager role, with potential ownership of a customer portfolio and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, technical sales, applications engineering, business development, or a customer-facing industrial role.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Learn Innomotics' medium voltage motor, VFD, integrated drive system, and service portfolio.
• Support sales activities with OEMs, EPCs, distributors, and end users.
• Assist in developing quotations, proposals, and customer solutions.
• Build knowledge of key industrial markets and customer applications.
• Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• Maintain opportunities, customer activity, and pipeline data within CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical and commercial solutions.
• Complete development and training milestones in preparation for a Regional Account Manager role.
