Qualifications

• BS/BA in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of related experience in MV drives / medium voltage inverter products.
• Ability to interpret client specifications and develop technically compliant proposals.
• Experience with proposals pricing and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering proposals for the medium voltage drives product line.
• Interpret client technical specifications and write compliant proposals with suitable alternatives.
• Interpret commercial requirements and identify/cmitigate risks to the company.
• Ensure pricing/estimates align with company sales strategies and resource availability.
• Act as single point of contact for customer and negotiate costed proposals.
• Lead bid reviews, clarifications and handover meetings.
• Produce high-quality technical and commercial documents for internal/external audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather data for proposals.
